Rail : We are 10 minutes from Polegate railway station
(London-Eastbourne line), 15 minutes from Eastbourne mainline train station
- both served by frequent trains from London Victoria.
Air : We are 40 minutes from Gatwick and 1.5 hours from Heathrow.
Road : While being in a very secluded spot we are not far from the main road
and motorway networks. Allow two hours from London.
The phone is for emergencies only (and some mobile
networks may not work right under the Downs). Pets are tolerated in moderation,
but it can get muddy, and guests are expected to leave the place as they found
it.
